Gives you a birds-eye view of every race your organisation is running so you can spot issues and act quickly.
The Race Control dashboard is your command centre on race day. It shows every scheduled race, sorted by priority.
Tap Race Control in the sidebar. If you have race controller access, you will see the dashboard with your organisation name at the top.
The top row shows four cards: Active Races, Holds (weather warnings), Clashes (route conflicts), and Total Races. Use these to understand the state of your programme at a glance.
From the dashboard you can jump into any race room, check the weather, or plan routes.
The Needs Attention section lists races with weather warnings or clash alerts. These appear first with coloured left borders — rose for holds, amber for clashes. Deal with these before anything else.
Tap Open Race Room on any race card. This takes you into the Tactical Race Room where you can see the full weather, map, clash analysis, and member ETAs for that race.
At the top of the dashboard, tap Weather Planner to check forecasts or Plan Routes to visualise all scheduled races on a map for a given date.
Always deal with the Needs Attention section first. These are races with weather warnings or route clashes that need your immediate decision.
If you do not see the Race Control option in your sidebar, you may not have race controller access. Ask your org admin to grant it.
