1. Welcome to Pigeon IQ
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pigeon IQ platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our goal is to provide tools that help the pigeon fancy, but we require users to engage responsibly and honestly.
2. Data Accuracy and Pedigrees
You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload to Pigeon IQ, including but not limited to pedigrees, bird details, ring numbers, and race results.
While Pigeon IQ attempts to cross-reference and verify public race results where possible, the fundamental truth of a bird's lineage rests with the breeder. Deliberately falsifying pedigrees or results will result in immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from the platform.
3. Race Controller & Liberation Intelligence (CRITICAL DISCLAIMER)
The Pigeon IQ Race Controller provides *general* weather reports, flight path overlaps, and clash warnings based on third-party API forecasts (such as Open-Meteo). However, real-time live weather conditions, localized rain, and visibility drops are inherently unpredictable.
Pigeon IQ is an assistive tool only. The ultimate decision to liberate the birds is 100% in the hands of the Race Controller on the ground. Pigeon IQ accepts zero liability for lost birds, poor racing conditions, or clashes due to unlogged liberations or sudden weather events.
4. User Content and AI
When you upload photos (e.g., handwritten pedigrees or result sheets), you grant Pigeon IQ the right to process these images using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract text and data. You must only upload documents that you have the right to share.
5. The Referral System
Our referral system is designed to grow the community. Referral rewards (such as "Free Pro" months) hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. We reserve the right to revoke referral rewards if we detect automated abuse, fake accounts, or "gaming" of the system.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Pigeon IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
